Service Estimates
We provide free written estimates on all plumbing work before any job begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Actual costs may vary from the estimate if additional work is discovered during the job that was not visible during the initial assessment. In such cases, we will inform you of the additional cost and obtain your approval before proceeding with the extra work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless a financing arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For larger projects such as water heater installations or whole-home repiping, financing options may be available upon request.
If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, a late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to the outstanding balance.
Warranty
Resolv Services provides the following warranties on our work:
- Labor warranty: All labor is warranted for one year from the date of service. If a problem arises from our workmanship within that period, we will return and correct it at no additional charge.
- Parts and equipment: Parts and equipment installed by Resolv Services carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims for equipment we installed.
- Water heaters: Water heater warranties vary by manufacturer and model. Typical warranty periods range from 6 to 12 years on the tank and 1 to 2 years on parts. We will provide specific warranty details at the time of installation.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications by others after our installation.
Emergency Service
We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing service for urgent situations including burst pipes, gas leaks, sewer backups, and flooding. Emergency calls outside regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) may be subject to an after-hours service fee. The fee amount will be communicated before dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled appointments. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee if our technician has already been dispatched to your location.
Liability
Resolv Services LLC is fully insured for plumbing work performed by our licensed technicians. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by prior work by others, or issues unrelated to the services we performed.
Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and will be conducted in Ector County, Texas.
