We are actively hiring for the following positions. All positions are based in Odessa, TX with work across the Permian Basin.
Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Full-TimeJoin our residential and commercial plumbing team. Must hold a valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license issued by the TSBPE. Experience with water heaters, gas lines, and sewer systems required. Permian Basin experience preferred.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license
- 3+ years field experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Plumber's Apprentice
Full-TimeStart your plumbing career with hands-on training from licensed plumbers. We provide the field hours needed for your Texas journeyman license. No prior plumbing experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
Drain Cleaning Technician
Full-TimeOperate drain cleaning equipment including cable machines and sewer camera systems. Serve residential and commercial customers across the Permian Basin. Training provided on specialized equipment.
Requirements
- 1+ year mechanical or plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Customer service skills
